Meet Kelly 
Kelly is the founder and creator of Dahlia and Dot.
A little about me…
My background and previous profession is in Teaching, a primary school teacher for 13 years. But after falling pregnant with my daughter I knew I wanted to do something that always interested me, something where I knew I could create beauty and enjoy what I did everyday. So I took the leap and here I am, working with fabulous couples to make their dream florals a reality. Throughout my floral journey, I have worked with other floral designers and creatives that have totally inspired me and ignited my passion for the industry. I can honestly say, i’ve never looked back!

Why Dahlia and Dot?
The story behind our name…
Before I had my daughter I knew i’d give birth to a girl, I just felt it! A few weeks into my pregnancy, I suggested the name Dahlia to my partner as these beautiful flowers are one of my absolute favourites! However, this was quickly dismissed by my other half, he hated it!
When our little bundle of joy ‘Raya’ arrived, she was so tiny, she was nick named ‘our little dot’
Fast forward and ‘Dahlia and Dot seemed perfectly apt!
