Reservation & Deposit
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required. Your date is secured only once the deposit and signed contract are received.
Payment Schedule
- 25% non refundable deposit is to be made at booking
- 50% due 12 weeks before the wedding/event
- Remaining balance due 8 weeks before the date
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 16 weeks before the event may receive a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit, at our discretion.There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after the final balance has been paid. Cancellations made more than 6 months prior to the wedding date will incur a planning and administration fee equal to 20% of the overall total. Cancellations made less than 16 weeks before the wedding date will incur full payment of the total contract value, regardless of whether the final balance has been paid at the time of cancellation.
- Any changes to orders or designs are subject to agreement and may incur additional charges.
Design & Delivery
All floral designs are bespoke and tailored to your vision. While Dahlia and Dor Florals strive to reflect proposals accurately, flowers are natural products and availability may vary due to seasonality or supply. Alternative choices will always be of equal quality and style.
Liability
Dahlia and Dot Florals are not responsible for any consequential loss or damages arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure, venue limitations, or weather conditions affecting delivery.
